• Installment plans are available on request and approval by the finance department.

• No certificates will be issued until all dues are cleared.

• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our internal refund policy and approval.
• No refunds are provided once training or digital content is accessed or downloaded.

• Tekgen Global is not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from your use of our services.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by internet outages or third-party software.
• We do not guarantee outcomes such as job placement or specific qualifications unless stated.
• We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, malware, or user error.
• In no event shall Tekgen's liability exceed the amount paid by you for a specific course.
• All use of the platform is at your own risk and discretion.
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding content accuracy or completeness.
• Third-party services or links accessed through our website are used at your own risk.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services without liability under specific conditions.
• These limitations apply to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates (Free Zone Jurisdiction) and the United Kingdom, depending on the region from which the service is accessed or delivered.
• You agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of: The local courts in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, and The courts of England and Wale, as applicable based on your contractual relationship with Tekgen Global.

• Tekgen Global reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities in both jurisdictions when required by law.
